Hotel / Miami Beach: In 2006, a 42 unit hotel originally assessed at $5,229,522 was reduced to $3,959,080. This 24% reduction yielded a tax savings of nearly $30,000.

Apartments / Pompano Beach: In 2006, a 41 unit apartment complex which was originally assessed at $1,768,260 was reduced to $956,590. This 46% reduction reflected a tax savings of over $17,000.

Office condominiums / Miami: In 2006, six office condominiums totaling $3,643,800 in assessed value were collectively reduced down to $2,376,000. This 35% reduction resulted in a tax savings of nearly $32,000.

High end single family home / Ft. Lauderdale: In 2006, a single family residence originally assessed at $3,501,330 was reduced to $2,705,300. This resulted in a tax savings of over $17,500. In 2005, the same property yielded a tax savings of over $9,200.

Health Club / Plantation: In 2005 a 43,000 square foot structure with a $10,631,270 assessment was reduced to $9,148,370 yielding a tax savings of nearly $34,000. Also in 2005, the same client with a very similar property in Coral Springs yielded a tax savings of over $8,400.

Co-op apartment building / Deerfield Beach: In 2004, this 24 unit co-op complex which was originally assessed at $5,525,070 was reduced to $4,115,480. Our clients realized a total tax savings of nearly $25,000.

Condo-office building / Plantation: In 2004, this 31,600 square foot structure, with an original total value of $3,592,600 was reduced by over 22% to $2,800,000. Our clients netted a total tax savings of over $18,000.

Office building / Plantation: In 2004. this class "A" 56,000 square foot office building which was originally assessed at $7,520,330 was reduced to $7,091,000 which netted a tax savings of nearly $10,000.

Bank-Office building / Ft. Lauderdale: In 2004, this 49,000 square foot facility which was originally assessed at $3,630,670 was reduced to $3,252,740. Our client realized a tax savings of over $9,300. Previously in 2003, our client realized a tax savings on the same property of nearly $8,000.

Retail store / Dania Beach: In 2004, this 17,795 square foot structure which was initially assessed at $1,925,720, was reduced to $1,513,000. Our client benefitted from a tax savings of over $10,000. The same property achieved yet another tax reduction in 2005 of over $4,300.
