How Can AEI Help You?


If you believe your real estate or commercial personal property taxes are too high, we will be happy to consult with you at no charge. If our preliminary analysis indicates that your property may indeed be over-assessed, we will enter into a written agreement to represent you on a contingency fee basis.

We prepare a complete analysis of your property based upon at least two different approaches to value. We then file a petition with your taxing jurisdiction, and our case is set for hearing before the Value Adjustment Board. We will pursue your interests aggressively towards a satisfactory reduction.

What if the Petition is Denied?
